The Customer acknowledges that the Customer is not relying on any statement made by the Company or any of the Company’s representatives with regard to the offering other than those expressly set out in these conditions.

The agreement to which these conditions apply is not intended for the benefit of any third party and shall not be exercised by any other person under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

Payment of goods

Payments must be made on receipt of an order. Online payments are accepted using:

Visa, including Visa Electron and Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, including Switch, Solo, instant bank transfer, and PayPal Express.

Delivery Policy

1. Persavita delivers Saffron 2020TM  free of charge using Royal Mail Standard services (Second Class and Airmail).

Delivery time using Royal Mail standard:

- Delivery in UK will be 5-7 business days.

- Delivery in Europe/rest of the world will be 7-14 business days.

If for any reason your order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact us by phone or email. We will respond to your enquiry promptly.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order, please do not open the product, its seal or wrap. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product by email or phone to arrange for the return of the product and for refund. We cannot accept cancellation if the product is opened.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning cancelled items to us.
For your protection we recommend using a registered service for returning cancelled items.

Faulty Product:

If you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us for exchange. We accept return costs only by standard delivery and only if the product is faulty or damaged. We will not accept return costs if Special/Express delivery or courier is used to return the item to us.

Your credit or debit card is charged at the time you place your order. We process credit refunds within 2-3 business days but depending on your bank or financial institution it may take up to 30 days for your refund credit to appear on your account statement depending on your financial institution. We will refund for the cost of purchase in full PROVIDED THAT the cancelled items are returned by you and received by Persavita in the condition they were in when delivered.  If the items are not delivered or buyer does not pay the costs of delivery/collection, Persavita shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the items from the amount to be reimbursed to you.
