[23/06/2013] Eye exam and prevention of vision loss

There are many things you can do to protect yourself from vision loss. Eye diseases can happen to anyone and at any age. Fortunately, majority of vision loss cases can be treated or prevented if diagnosed early.

To help save your vision especially against age-related problems book an eye exam with your eye doctor or optometrist today.

Many eye diseases that can lead to serious vision loss have no symptoms but can be detected by your eye doctor. Early treatment can often prevent your sight from getting worse.

We recommend regular eye exams at least every two years or as instructed by your eye doctor or optometrist.

Contact lens wearers need regular eye tests as well as contact lens checks.

Even if your vision is perfect, an eye test can detect problems you don’t know you have – and save your sight.
